PrintSense is a new Managed Print Services (MPS) offering from Ingram Micro, powered by advanced fleet service automation technology and – best of all – all the hard work is done in the background by Ingram Micro. As a result it is making it even easier for resellers that didn’t previously offer MPS to tap into that market.

A win-win-win situation
PrintSense gives you a choice of three bespoke Managed Print Services you can offer your customers, with Ingram Micro’s support. Firstly, Automated Print Supplies uses an easily installed piece of software designed by Ingram Micro, to allow you to manage all your customer’s print devices, of any brand. We monitor your customer’s devices through the cloud, and when supplies are needed we despatch them in good time. All you have to do is take the credit.
Secondly, our Cost-per-Page service takes over all your customer’s issues with print management, for a simple cost-per-page. You provide a comprehensive service – which can cover data collection, supplies and service monitoring, a help desk, consumables and more – all delivered by Ingram Micro operating invisibly in the background.
Lastly, there are High-Value Services. These are the services you can offer your customers because you’re supported by an industry leader in automated fleet service management.
